Product Trial Returns are processed as per Cisco policy available here. If you would like to return units from a trial, please go to your trial web page (using the link your rep provided you with) and go to the returns tab to fill out the RMA request form. If your trial hardware was shipped to the US, Canada, or an EU member country you will also be able to print out a return shipping label and ship the product back to Cisco Meraki at no charge to you.
Cisco Meraki Warranty Returns are processed as per Cisco policy available here. Cisco Meraki stands behind its products. Hardware products come with either a one year, two year or lifetime warranty, as specified on the relevant Cisco Meraki product page and datasheets.

Cancelations, Modifications & Refunds
Cancelations, Modifications & Refunds are processed as per Cisco policy available here. Cisco orders submitted for hardware, and any attached software and services, are non-cancellable and cannot be modified starting 45 days prior to the current estimated ship date. Meraki license-only orders are not impacted by this policy change. Additionally, non-cancellable orders are not eligible for RMA credit and/or refund and are not eligible for an RMA exception.
If you have a Meraki license only order you need to return, you may return it for a refund. All returns must meet the following criteria:
- You purchased the product through an authorized Cisco reseller
- Your order was a licence only order and did not include hardware and/or accessories
- You are the original purchaser of the product
- You submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase
- The product is in new condition, including all accessories and in the original packaging
If your return request is approved, Cisco Meraki will email you an RMA number. DO NOT return any hardware and/or licenses or refuse delivery of hardware and/or licenses without a valid RMA Number. In order for the refund to be accepted and processed, Meraki must receive returned items no later than 30 days following the date the RMA number is issued. Once Cisco have received and inspected the return, Cisco will approve or reject your return and credit Cohort Networks accordingly. If you purchased through Cohort Networks Inc., your refund will be issued by Cohort and we will issue a refund less any shipping/handling fees.
From time to time Cisco Meraki offers special return/refund terms. If your return is covered by special terms, please reference those terms on your RMA request. Any RMA with special exceptions and/or terms including but not limited to hardware, software and license returns past their 30-day return window may include a 10% re-stocking fee. Acceptance of Cisco Meraki's special returns/refunds terms are at the sole discretion of Cohort Networks Inc.
